Abstract art does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of a visual reality. It is all about using shapes, colours, forms and gestural marks to make something visually appealing.
Abstract art is still very intentional. While large swipe gestures and shapes may appear random, it still takes practice and time to learn how to master composition, color mixing, and more techniques.
