One of the most common vintage furs that people own and we see in vintage shops is the classic Persian Lamb coat. Ubiquitously known as ‘Grandma’s coat’, it was most common in the late 1950’s and throughout the 1960’s.  Typically these are found in black, grey, and chocolate brown, often with a sapphire or brown mink collar.
