I cannot believe it’s been a year already since I wrote my first words for this blog! It seems like all this happened in a different life, and I still remember exactly how I felt as if it was yesterday. I was excited and full of emotions: happy, nervous, unsure and disoriented. Unsure because although the idea of blogging seemed like a promising hobby, like so many others starting a blog, I thought who would actually read it, leave comments, BUT you know what? Sometimes people get sad around their birthdays because they feel time is going by quickly and they’ve not achieved much in life. This mostly happens when you are in your late 20s or early 30s. We become very critical of how we’ve led our lives as compared to others around us. Most times these are baseless worries.
