Grey for gloomy day

I don’t know about you, but this year I’ve been trying to soak up every moment fall has to offer. I’m truly enjoying every part of the season! I’ve noticed something unique about fall fashion this year – in addition to the warm tones of brown, tan and orange we usually see this time of year, I’m also seeing LOTS and LOTS of grey!

And I have to say I’m loving it! The grey pieces seem to add a very polished and scholarly look to this season’s fall wardrobe.

The fall palette consists of colours like mustard, olive, rust, and chocolate brown, which enhance the warm undertones and create a harmonious look. However, grey is typically considered a cool colour, leading to the question of whether it can fit within the fall palette.

Grey is also versatile colour al ost neutral that can be adapted to suit different palettes, including fall. Use grey as a neutral base!

Grey can serve as a neutral base in your wardrobe, allowing the vibrant colours of the fall palette to stand out. For instance, a warm grey coat can be worn providing a sophisticated and cohesive look.
